FAQs
Are classes beginner friendly?
1
YES! At Align and Sculpt, our classes are designed for every body and every fitness level. Whether you’re brand new or experienced, every workout can be modified to meet you where you are.
We encourage movement without pressure; challenge yourself when you want to, slow down when you need to, and always listen to your body. Our community is supportive, uplifting, and judgment-free.
What is your cancellation / no-show policy?
2
Late Cancellation: If you cancel within 2 hours of class, a $15 late cancel fee will be charged. If you are using a class pack, the class will be deducted.
No-Show: If you do not attend a class you’re booked in and do not cancel, a $20 no-show will be charged. If you are using a class pack, the class will be deducted.
This policy helps ensure spots are available for clients who are able to attend. Thank you for understanding!
How early should I arrive to class?
3
We recommend arriving 10–15 minutes early to get checked in, settle into the space, and prepare for class. It’s also a great opportunity to connect with your instructor, meet other members, and become part of the Align and Sculpt community. A welcoming space built on movement, wellness, and support.
Do you rent mats and towels?
4
Yes, mats and mat towels are available for rent or purchase.
Safe studio standards.
5
• Please stay home if you are feeling unwell to help protect our community.
• All studio surfaces and equipment are cleaned and sanitized between classes, with deep cleaning completed daily.
• We encourage all guests to wash or sanitize their hands before class.
• Instructors may offer verbal guidance and optional hands-on assists during class. You’ll always have the choice to opt in or decline.
