I’m passionate about creating workouts that help people feel strong, confident, and empowered. Through kettlebell training, strength, HIIT, and barre-inspired movement, my goal is to create a supportive space where everyone can challenge themselves, grow, and enjoy the process of movement. -

INSTRUCTOR (YOGA, YOGA SCULPT)
Hello everyone! I’m Ashlyn, a former collegiate softball athlete, and fitness has been a huge part of my life from youth sports through the college level. After earning my 200 Hr. yoga certification through Mel Marie Yoga in 2023, I found a passion for blending athletic, strength, faith and mindful movement through yoga and sculpt. I love teaching and helping clients feel both challenged and restored. Outside the studio you can find me coaching softball, spending time outdoors, or making memories with my husband, two kiddos and the community I love so much. -

Hi y’all, I’m Bella! AKA… pilates princess with a drill sergeant personality and the most confusing playlist imaginable. One minute it’s Boosie, the next it’s Taylor Swift, then somehow Creed. My favorite phrase is “you can do hard things” because I believe in tough love, good energy, and pushing people to be their best! -

Hi, I’m Brooke! I’ve been passionate about fitness and strength training for over 15 years, with a love for functional movement, yoga, hiking, cycling, and golf. My classes are energetic, uplifting, and challenging, with a focus on core strength, mobility, and moving with intention. I believe in meeting your body where it is, encouraging progress, and reminding you that we can do hard things. I can’t wait to grow, sweat, and thrive together. See you in class soon!

Hi, I’m Deanna and I can’t wait to meet you! I have been teaching group fitness for nearly 5 years and I’ve been a group fitness fanatic for almost two decades! Music and moving your body are truly medicine! My classes are normally high energy, I love a good beat drop, and all types of music. It doesn’t matter what your fitness level is, community and encouragement are here for you, just show up! -
